CUTMaster 240 AIR + RollMaster Super Plus

This table set has been custom-built for the manufacturer of quilts, pillows and mattresses.

The goal was to speed up the process of cutting several layers of cotton wool fillers and format them to size.
We have designed a production line with a length of 14 m with a spreading machine combined with the RollMaster.

After spreading, the material is moved to the end of the table for cutting multiple layers into equal lengths. Thanks to the airflow system 
installed in the tabletop, the material can be transported quickly with minimal effort.

We used a double pneumatic pressure bar system with higher actuators, which enables cutting up to 20 layers of quilted material simultaneously.

Thanks to the compression, cutting efficiency increased significantly. A laser measuring device improved the accuracy of cutting length.
