The low-speed cutting head works best with quilting materials, insulation, filters, foams, felt, wadding, upholstery, leather, and other thick fabrics.

Construction
Bolt-together powder-coated steel frame keeps the structure light yet exceptionally rigid. Aluminium components are anodised for corrosion resistance and surface hardness.
The hardened 25 mm table top uses 2 mm PVC edge protection instead of sharp aluminium edges.
Cutter
RollMaster Super Plus features an automatic cutter with 1 m/s cutting speed, optionally adjustable. The low-speed cutting head cuts materials up to 25 mm thick.
The control unit includes a cut counter with manual adjustment and reset, and lets the operator set the cutting width directly on the panel.
Blade covers, a start lock activated when the holding bar is raised, and an emergency switch keep the operator safe during operation.
Base Configuration
The pneumatic holding bar clamps the fabric firmly with a push of a button. A foot pedal — placeable anywhere — offers an alternative control point and frees both hands when straightening the fabric.
A precision scale strip runs along the table top serving as a reference edge for the fabric. It can be fitted with an angled sliding strip or a laser slider.
RollMaster comes in various sizes and multiple cutting configurations.
