Cutter
CUTMaster Super uses an automatic cutter running at 1 m/s cutting speed. The high-speed cutting head cuts materials up to 5 mm thick.
The control unit includes a cut counter with manual adjustment and reset, and lets the operator set the cutting width and track rail lift height on the panel.
Blade covers and an emergency switch protect the operator during operation.
Spreading Machine
The CUTMaster spreader runs on precision tracks that keep it moving smoothly and without jams — even in dusty cutting room conditions.
The light yet stable construction keeps the spreader easy to move, and a single operator can handle the entire spreading process.
Two versions available: standard with 80 kg load capacity and reinforced for heavy rolls up to 150 kg.
Base Configuration
CUTMaster Super comes with a 3.2 m long table and a spreader with a capacity of up to 80 kg.
The fabric aligned with the front table edge is pressed firmly by the manual holding bar during spreading.
A cable power feed system runs along the spreader track, keeping the workspace clear.
