The ultrasonic knife both cuts and welds the fabric, producing a sealed edge that does not fray.

Construction
Bolt-together powder-coated steel frame keeps the structure light yet exceptionally rigid. Aluminium components are anodised for corrosion resistance and surface hardness.
The hardened 25 mm table top uses 2 mm PVC edge protection instead of sharp aluminium edges.
Touch Panel
The 7″ touch panel gives full control over the cutting process: cutting speed, blade rotation speed, cutting width, and head switching, with 6 presets for quick settings change and a cut counter for production tracking.
LED backlight, language selection, statistics, and ultrasonic generator data are also accessible from the panel.
Cutting Heads
RollMaster PRO comes with two interchangeable cutting heads.
The ultrasonic head welds synthetic fabrics as it cuts, producing sealed edges — ideal for roller blinds. The rotary blade handles materials that ultrasonic knife cannot cut, such as natural fabrics.
Switching between heads takes under a minute.
Improved Features
RollMaster PRO uses an encoder-based cutting head drive for better movement precision than RollMaster Super.
The double pneumatic holding bar applies stronger pressure to the material.
Before each cut, the system automatically checks whether the cutting head is in the home position.
Base Configuration
RollMaster PRO comes fully equipped as standard.
The base configuration includes a fabric feeder, pneumatic holding bar with foot pedal, measuring angle strip with adjustable angle, LED backlight, and both cutting heads.
The only available options are bottom shelves and a spare parts kit.
Why is ultrasonic technology so good for blinds?
An ultrasonic cutter uses high-frequency vibrations to generate heat at the point of contact with the material. The heat cuts and welds the fabric simultaneously, sealing the edges as it goes, giving the roller blind’s edges high resistance to damage.
This works best with synthetic fabrics containing thermoplastics — and polyester, the primary material in roller blind production, is widely considered ideal for ultrasonic processing.
