Cutter
CUTMaster Standard uses a manually operated high-speed cutter, which handles fabrics up to 5 mm thick. The cutter is moved along the fabric using the long handle, then pulled back to the home position.
An integrated cut counter includes adjustment and reset functions. Blade covers keep the operator safe during operation.
Spreading Machine
The CUTMaster spreader runs on precision tracks that keep it moving smoothly and without jams — even in dusty cutting room conditions.
The light yet stable construction keeps the spreader easy to move, and a single operator can handle the entire spreading process.
Two versions available: standard with 80 kg load capacity and reinforced for heavy rolls up to 150 kg.
Base Configuration
CUTMaster Standard comes with a 3.2 m long table and a spreader with a capacity of up to 80 kg.
The fabric aligned with the front table edge is pressed firmly by the manual holding bar during spreading.
A cable power feed system runs along the spreader track, keeping the workspace clear.
CUTMaster comes in four models, from manual cutting to air-assisted system.
There is a setup for every workshop, material type, and production volume.
