Custom Projects
Although we always start from our range of existing solutions, we treat every request as a chance to solve your specific requirements.
If our current portfolio doesn’t feature the exact machine you need, let’s develop a new solution together.
From Request to Solution
Every project starts with your specific request. We discuss what the machine should do, how it should work, and what is your budget.
We work together on details and ergonomics to develop your concept into a functional machine.
From Concept to Creation
Our in-house design and development center works on optimal technical solutions. The process includes:
-
-
- Reviewing your existing setup, testing materials, optimising performance and cost
- Analysing your production pace, material handling, and adapting the machine to your facility
- Creating 2D drawings and 3D models
- Adjusting designs as project requirements change
-
Our Core Principles
We design efficient, safe machines following “smart simplicity” — easy operation with minimal maintenance. This significantly reduces future costs and extends service life.
Full-Service Partnership
From the first free quote to post-warranty service, we provide a complete range of professional services.
Depending on your needs, we can offer:
-
-
- Complete delivery and staff training
- Integration into existing production lines

Sample projects we’ve developed for our clients:
L-Shaped Table – Triple Speed
The L-shaped cutting table was prepared according to the customer’s design.
The client needed to speed up the process of cutting covers for duvets and pillows. He wanted to unwind many layers from a wide roll, then format them to exact sizes with minimum time spent on handling the material.
14 m Cutting Line for Wadding
This project was designed for a manufacturer of quilts, pillows and mattresses.
The main goal was to format 20 wadding layers to precise dimensions with two 90° cuts. We made a line with spreading and cutting zones, and added an air blowing system for fast material transport.
CUTMaster 320 SE
A manufacturer of curtains requested a wider version of the spreading table.
RollMaster 330 Dual LED
A curtain fabrics wholesaler started to work with wider rolls than our current tables offered and asked us for a special version.
Thanks to this project we added two new features to our standard offer.
RollMaster 310 SE
A fabric wholesaler asked for a cutting table that could be operated from two sides to fit it between the roll racks.
We used RollMaster Super as the base and created a dual-sided version.
