Standard Equipment
Each machine comes equipped with a precision knife sharpener and a dust-collecting tray with a transparent safety shield.
The liftable telescopic blade guard allows for quick cutting height adjustment at the touch of a button, while integrated LED lighting ensures maximum visibility when navigating intricate patterns.
Available Options
All fixed table top models can be ordered with a smooth surface or an integrated air blowing system for easier material handling.
A high-efficiency vacuum system is available to keep the workspace clean, while an adjustable manual side stop with a precision scale ensures perfectly uniform cutting of stacked pieces.
Safety
Emergency braking stops the blade in less than a second if the E-STOP is activated, the band breaks, or any cover is opened. Omron safety switches prevent startup with open guards.
Mechanical and electrical interlocks ensure safe blade replacement. For maximum safety, the machine requires a manual reset after any emergency before resuming operation.
