End Cutter
Long Ocean DYDB-2 automatic end cutter significantly accelerates production compared to the manual FlexiTable Standard. 1 m/sec cutting speed with an adjustable travel distance substantially reduces cycle times.
The cutting head with a 12,000 rpm high-speed motor and a 108 mm circular blade is capable of cutting various materials up to 5 mm thick.
The control unit features a cut counter with manual adjustment and reset functions, and allows for setting the track rail lift height after each cycle.
Extra Equipment
EasyRoll T2 tabletop unwinder feeds material smoothly with an extra guide tube that maintains tension and keeps fabric flat.
The pneumatic holding bar applies consistent pressure across the entire width, securing the material during cutting to prevent shifting.
The bottom shelf provides convenient storage for spare rolls.
