Circular Blades
The most common blades for rotary cutting machines, used for smooth, fast trimming of thin material layers.
Best for lightweight and delicate fabrics requiring clean finishes.
Polygonal Blades
While round blades are ideal for light fabrics, polygonal blades are better for thicker, tougher materials like heavy canvas, denim or eco-leather.
The polygon corners work like teeth, gripping the material better, so the blade “bites” into harder surfaces instead of pushing them.

High Speed Steel (HSS) – used for heavy materials like canvas
